How to register into IEEE ECMSM2015
- The registration for participation in ECMS2015 will be also made in:
(If You are not registered yet, click on Create Account. Fill in all the fields, do not forget the V.A.T. number (if applicable). These data, you enter here, will be used later in invoice and payment confirmation – please fill them carefully.)
- Log into ConfTool - on Welcome screen click on registration for participation. Fill in carefully all the requested fields and do the registration (do not forget to Confirm the Registration Terms). Now You are the Registered Participant.
- Registered participants have access to the Confirmation of registration and Payment information; please print it and manage the payment:
- We prefer bank transfer; if You select that, please, manage payment according to the information printed on your Invoice. Do not forget to state your Variable symbol – this is the only way how to identify Your payment.
- If You select payment by charging your credit card You have to fill and sign the printed Invoice and send it to us (by fax +420 485 353 112 or by e-mail zdenek.pliva(at)tul.cz)
- Your payment should be completed by Jun 20, 2015. In other case your paper will not be published in the Symposium Proceedings

These prices include 21% VAT! For deduction of VAT in the European Union (EU), please enter a remark in the field "Remark of Participant" and provide the conference financial chair (by this email, or directly Petr Pfeifer) with a copy of VAT registration with a valid EU VAT code. According Council Directive 2008/8/EU (and Czech Law 235/2004Sb.), a new proforma invoice will be issues and the conference fee will be deducted of 21% (CZ VAT) from the regular price. Alternatively, a cross-border refund of VAT on expenses in the EU has to be claimed.
The Registration fee includes admission to all workshop sessions, one electronical ECMSM Proceedings, a coffee break refreshments, 3 lunches, a Welcome drink (22.6.) and a Social event with banquet (23.6.).
Accompanying Person: Payment for accompanying person includes 3 lunches, Welcome drink (22.6.) and Social event with banquet (23.6.). To register an accompanying person, please send e-mail to organizers.
Students are entitled to reduced registration fee ONLY if both these requirements are fulfilled:
- First author is required to be a FULL-TIME student
- It is expected, that this student will present this paper
For applying for the student fee, a valid student card and/or certification of your doctoral status is required.

Cancellations / Refunds
Cancelation and refunds will be made upon a written request for cancellation if received before April 20, 2015. Write to: Zdenek Pliva, Technical university of Liberec, FM – dept. ITE, Studentska 2, 461 17 Liberec, Czech Republic. All refunds are reduced of 25% processing fee.
